Order on October 30th, thought ok on Facebook only pay S&H, I had good luck with another company, let's try. November 24th, I reach out to the company asking where the watch was, nothing. I reached out to Facebook to complain. Neither helped. I see that I was not alone.

Same thing with me. That's the same notice I got from them & tried to contact them, but no luck.

Had watch's on facebook for around $6.00. Sent money and not even word back from them. They just took my money and gave me nothing. Tried to contact but no reply. Fyndshop is in bed with shopify.com. They are based in India, that in itself tells me a lot if you've had the calls I had. Buyer beware of these two shops. I do not understand why facebook does not check these company's out before they put their ads out. As I see it facebook does not care either. Beware of all ads on facebook! I'm a computer repair company owner and I see a lot of virus and scams thru facebook. So God bless you all and trust in are Great God!!

*** *** happened to me too last year! facebook is *** stupid rich dont give a *** asswholes cant even protected and they are the ones putting the FAKE ad's on blast for everyone to get scamed. *** them!

I have had the exact same experience as you have. I bought two of the same watches thru two separate purchases.

Since Fyndshop wouldnt let you purchase more than one of the watches on one order. I bought one for me and another for my wife. I have as well tried every way possible to contact them to find out when and if they were goi g to be shipped. I have had no replies out of 5 different emails being sent to them.

The odd thing is as well is. In their FAQ's it talks about their refund policies, but their is no were on their site to ask for one. Not even in your account where it shows the orders that you place. The only way I can think to get a refund is possibly through my bank and maybe have them refund it and cancel the order.

Thanks for your post. At least now I dont feel like I am the only one having this issue.

It's now been past 30 days since I placed my order on the 3rd of Oct. 2018.

I ordered a smartwatch on October 4, 2018, that was supposedly free and I just had to pay shipping which was $5.87. I had a feeling it was a scam but I figured it's less than $6 and I used a special one-time-use credit card in case it was a fraud. So I never received the watch and the shop doesn't exist anymore so I couldn't reach out to anyone to find out what happened.

Has an add going around on facebook stating that you can get a smart watch just pay for shipping. Company is a lie. I ordered 2 watched and still have not recieved anthing. also sent 6 emails and o responce. now when trying to get to their page it does not come up but i can access so called shipping saying that they are working on my order. I hope that i do get a watch or i get my money back. next time will proceed with cause and make sure i only purchase item in north america. Company says they are in sweden, and give different ways to contact but no one emails you back. Very upset, but will make better decisions in the future. they are frauds.
